What to do if parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?
We are welcome any email about your concerns including but not limited to order status, shipping problem even information change, we will try our best to response or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived within 35 business days, please contact us at contact@bestcooktool.net. We will take immediate actions.
How to track my order?
Once your order being shipped, you will receive an update email telling you the information of the carrier and tracking code. You can track your parcel from the carrier's website with your tracking code.
How long it takes my order to be delivered?
After your order being shipped, you can expect your package to be arrival within 5-7 business days domestic, or 5-25 business days to the countries other than the United States. However, the delivery period may be different if there is any special event occurs. If your order takes longer to arrive, you are always welcome to email us and get the most recent updates.
